We want to kick off FIBE 2025 exclusively with all partners the night before. For this purpose, we have rented a Berlin Club - the location is still secret but will be announced shortly. Registration is required for participation. We will send out the official registration link in mid-March.

The codes for the included FIBE tickets as well as for ordering additional partner tickets have been sent separately by email. Additional orders are unlimited.

The codes must be redeemed in our ticket shop before the event. To do this, enter the respective code in the "Redeem a Voucher" field. After that, the ticket will be available to you. Please have the ticket ready on your mobile phone or as a printout for registration on site.

We want to highlight our partnership properly. In addition to integrating your logo on our website, we will also publish partner announcements on our LinkedIn account. If not already done, you will receive all necessary information in a separate email from us.

Get ready to boost your brand presence digitally! You will receive an e-mail with a link to upload your company info, which will be showcased on our website and the FIBE App in our partner overview. The procedure will be explained to you in detail in the e-mail. You are completely flexible in filling your profile and can make changes at any time.

It's essential to complete this step for maximum visibility. Don't miss out! The deadline for filling out your partner profile is April 2, 2025.

The FIBE Event App is now available for download in all major app stores under "FIBE Berlin".

FIBE 2025 will take place at CityCube Berlin (Messedamm 26, 14055 Berlin). You can find directions here.

The partner areas and lounges will be completed by our stand construction team at 4pm on08.04.2025 and will be "free for occupancy" from then on.

From this time you can enter the stands and place your materials there if necessary. Access to the City Cube on 23.04. is only possible with a valid sponsor ticket (from the partner briefing).

The Booths + Lounges may be cleared on 10.04.2025, between 6 - 8pm on your part, so that we can start dismantling the hall on time.

The return shipment of the materials must be organized and carried out by you. Storage beyond 25.04. is not possible.

So that you have the opportunity to set up your partner lounge and prepare everything for your FIBE appearance, admission is possible for all partners before the official admission:

You have booked a fully furnished and equipped partner lounge at FIBE. Our colleagues from MB Capital Services GmbH (CSG) will contact you shortly to discuss branding.

If you are planning your own program session in your lounge, we need the session title, speakers/hosts (including photo, title, vita, email) date, time and a brief description so that we can include the session in our program.

If you are involved with a Späti-Talk, we need the talk title, speakers (including photo, title, vita, email) and a brief description so that we can include the session in our program.

If you are involved with a Masterclass, we need the masterclass title, speakers (including photo, title, vita, email) and a brief description so that we can include the masterclass in our program. Participants can already register for the masterclass in advance.

A growling stomach is not a good companion for a productive day. Therefore, we ensure that you do not go hungry throughout the event.

In our Cashless Cuisine Corner, there are delicious meals and refreshing drinks available free of charge on both event days.
