Where can I find accreditation?
How can I obtain my press badge?

Once you have submitted your accreditation, our press team will check for completeness and then send you the press badge via email.

What are the requirements for obtaining accreditation?
I already have a ticket but need a filming permission. Where do I get one?

You don’t need a separate filming permission on our premises. In accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) though, you must gain consent from anyone you will be taking photographs or video footage of during FIBE. Messe Berlin assumes no liability for ensuring that the information and content provided by third parties in the event documents are up-to-date.

Where can I find photo and video footage?
Will there be access to on-demand content?

There will be videos available on-demand. Please refer to our programme. Next to the sessions that will be offered on-demand, you will find a video icon.

Is there a media kit available?
How can I arrange interviews with speakers on-site?

Will there be a press conference?

A Digital Media Preview is scheduled for April 18th at 10 a.m. CET and will be streamed on our press website. A registration is not necessary.

The following individuals will be in attendance:

  • Lisa Dally, who serves as Project Lead at FIBE
  • Carola Bergmann, Head of Event Production at Handelsblatt
  • Caroline Wahl, Co-Founder of the Berlin Finance Initiative
  • Dr. Carolin Gabor, Co-Founder & Shareholder of caesar. ventures / finleap

    Following a 30-minute presentation, media representatives will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Where is the media center located on the FIBE premises?

The FIBE Media Working Space will be located in the room M6 in the CityCube. The FIBE press team will be located in room M8 in the CityCube.

Is parking available?

Where is the cloakroom?

You can leave your coat free of charge with our cloakroom at the entrance.

Are there luggage storage facilities?
