FIBE PRE-GAME: GEAR UP FOR THE FIBE VIBE
Pre-Event
We want to kick off FIBE 2024 exclusively with all partners the night before. For this purpose, we have rented a Berlin Club - the location is still secret but will be announced shortly. Registration is required for participation. We will send out the official registration link in mid-March.

Tickets
The codes for the included FIBE tickets as well as for ordering additional partner tickets have been sent separately by email. Additional orders are unlimited.
The codes must be redeemed in our ticket shop before the event. To do this, enter the respective code in the "Redeem a Voucher" field. After that, the ticket will be available to you. Please have the ticket ready on your mobile phone or as a printout for registration on site.
Promotion and Visibility
We want to highlight our partnership properly. In addition to integrating your logo on our website, we will also publish partner announcements on our LinkedIn account. If not already done, you will receive all necessary information in a separate email from us.
Spead the FIBE
We would be delighted if you share your participation in FIBE 2024 with your community.
For this purpose, we have prepared a media kit (ZIP, 3.1 MB) containing visuals that you are welcome to share on social media.

Please make a note of which partner/company it is!
On 23.04.2024 you can pick up the packages in room M7 and bring them to your lounge / booth.
If you want to deliver materials/items yourself, please contact us by Friday, 19.04.2024 - we will then send you a detailed briefing regarding the delivery to Messe Berlin (incl. directions and entry permit).
The temporary storage of materials will be possible during the event (24/25.04.) in room M7. This room will be locked, but not permanently guarded. Please call Marie Holler (0151 51233115) to get access to the storage room.

FIBE 2024 will take place at CityCube Berlin (Messedamm 26, 14055 Berlin). You can find directions here.
Set Up & Set Down of the Booths/Lounges
The partner areas and lounges will be completed by our stand construction team at 4pm on 23.04.2024 and will be "free for occupancy" from then on.
From this time you can enter the stands and place your materials there if necessary. Access to the City Cube on 23.04. is only possible with a valid sponsor ticket (from the partner briefing).
The Booths + Lounges may be cleared on 25.04.2024, between 6 - 8pm on your part, so that we can start dismantling the hall on time.
The return shipment of the materials must be organized and carried out by you. Storage beyond 25.04. is not possible.
Admission
So that you have the opportunity to set up your partner lounge and prepare everything for your FIBE appearance, admission is possible for all partners before the official admission:

There will be a cloakroom on site where jackets and luggage can be deposited free of charge.
Safety First: Please note that there may be random bag checks at the entrance. Thanks for your understanding.
Partner Lounge
You have booked a fully furnished and equipped partner lounge at FIBE. Our colleagues from MB Capital Services GmbH (CSG) will contact you shortly to discuss branding.
Lounge Program
If you are planning your own program session in your lounge, we need the session title, speakers/hosts (including photo, title, vita, email) date, time and a brief description so that we can include the session in our program.
Please send these information to fibe@messe-berlin.de by March 29.
FIBE Späti Talk
If you are involved with a Späti-Talk, we need the talk title, speakers (including photo, title, vita, email) and a brief description so that we can include the session in our program.
Please send these information to fibe@messe-berlin.de by March 11.
Masterclass
If you are involved with a Masterclass, we need the masterclass title, speakers (including photo, title, vita, email) and a brief description so that we can include the masterclass in our program. Participants can already register for the masterclass in advance.

Program Highlights
Our agenda is packed with high-profile keynotes, exciting panels, and interactive networking. The official program has already been published.

Catering
A growling stomach is not a good companion for a productive day. Therefore, we ensure that you do not go hungry throughout the event.
In our Cashless Cuisine Corner, there are delicious meals and refreshing drinks available free of charge on both event days.
