Conditions of participation
1. Competitions on LinkedIn are not affiliated with or sponsored, supported, or organised by LinkedIn. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not LinkedIn, but the operator of the LinkedIn account on which the competition was posted.
For any queries, feedback or complaints regarding the competitions, participants should contact the operator of the LinkedIn account rather than LinkedIn itself.
2. Entry into the competitions is subject to the participation conditions listed herein. The account operator reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any given time. Participation in the competition is entirely free of charge and acceptance of these terms and conditions is required to enter.
3. Participation takes place by commenting under the posting of 12.12.2023, stating the embedding of the FIBE sticker.
Participation is also possible from abroad. The competition only includes the tickets. Travel from abroad and accommodation and catering are excluded.
The deadline for submissions is from 12 to 26 December 2023. The winner will be selected by the account operator on 8 January 2024 and notified by 11 January.
The winners will be notified by the operator within the next seven workdays and are obliged to submit their response within three workdays via private message. In the event that a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize will be reassigned via raffle to all participants.
4. We will hold a ticket prize draw for FIBE Berlin on 24 and 25 April 2024, with all participants eligible to enter. The prizes cannot be refunded.
5. The account operator shall not be held responsible for any damages sustained as a result of transmission errors, delays, or interruptions, technical equipment or service malfunctions, incorrect content, data loss or deletion, viruses, or any other causes arising from participation in the competition. Unless such damage is caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the account operator, its bodies, employees or vicarious agents.
6. Legal action cannot be taken. All terms of participation and any legal relationship between the participants and the account operator are governed solely by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any invalidity of individual provisions in the terms of participation does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These conditions for participation may be amended by the operator of the account at any time without prior notification.
7. Participants involved in the conception and realisation of these competitions, as well as employees of the account operator or affiliated companies, are prohibited from entering. Each participant may submit only one entry per day. Any participant who enters the competition in violation of the rules will be disqualified.

Participation in competitions requires the legal guardian's express authorization. In the event that minors are prohibited from participating, no prizes will be awarded to them. If minors are not eligible, no prizes will be awarded to them.
