Why FIBE Matters
FIBE is Europe’s finance & tech meetup: compact, international, and built for real collaboration. Instead of long conference days, FIBE blends curated content, festival energy, and smart networking spaces that make it easy to meet the people who actually matter - from founders and VCs to banks, regulators and tech leaders. Whether at the Club Stage, FIBE Späti, in masterclasses or open lounges, the festival creates high-value encounters that spark ideas, partnerships and momentum. FIBE is not a place you visit - it’s a community you join.
Proof through real cases
We don’t claim to “deliver results” - but we already see proof that what starts at FIBE continues in real life. Several collaborations have grown directly from encounters at the festival:

- Alim Inkasso met a leading debit-card issuer at FIBE and went on to secure a global legal-enforcement mandate
- Berliner Sparkasse & SINPEX: After SINPEX won the #FIBE25 Startup Night, both teams held an AML/KYC workshop and identified concrete collaboration paths within the Sparkassen group.
- Berliner Sparkasse & wealthAPI: A hands-on session at the BirdsNest innovation hub followed their Startup Night win and opened a technical dialogue on wealth-data aggregation, a dialogue now continuing at working-level.
- Signicat’s participation at FIBE led to new business contacts and follow-up projects across the European identity and compliance ecosystem
- Sky Cliff Private Markets & MIKA: After discovering Berlin-based fintech MIKA during the FIBE startup pitch session, Sky Cliff transitioned its accounting to the platform. The switch led to automated workflows, faster processes, and a more reliable accounting setup, resulting in an estimated 30% reduction in accounting-related costs.
These examples show what FIBE is designed for: authentic encounters, access to decision-makers, and collaboration opportunities that extend long after the festival ends.
